AFFIDAVIT FOR STUDENTS

• I promise that all the Islamic duties and orders will be abide by in accordance with Islam and Sharia

• I will follow to Sharia-veil and give all my attentions towards my studies.

• I Will attend my classes on time and will appeal for leave if necessary. otherwise, I will be discharge from institution in making six days absences.

• Everyday lessons, Revision and study will be followed by me according to the timetable of institution.

• I will do my homework on time.

• I will avoid fighting and not show rude manners to others.

• I will take care and give my teachers a high respect as well as I will not give my teachers any opportunity to complain.

• I will abide by all the principles and rules that have been conducted by the institution during the year.

• I will make two pairs of clothes and a scarf for uniform.

• With any Non-Mahram person, I will never meet or travel to/from institution.

• Concerning Jamia Riaz-Ul-Jannat Lil-Banneen Wal Bannat as a learning place, I will be loyal to its teachings and abide by all the principles and rules.

• May Allah grant me fulfillment of this covenant.

AFFIDAVIT FOR GUARDIAN/PARENTS

I have read the above affidavit and rules regulation carefully.

I declare that:

• Concerning Jamia Riaz-Ul-Jannat Lil-Banneen Wal Bannat as a learning place, I will be strictly adhered to its principles and rules.

• All the expenses of the student during his/her stay in this institution I will be responsible for it and pay all dues on time.

• Any family member (Mahram person) will be allowed to meeting and transferring of my daughter from/to institution.

• I will follow all the rules and regulation of this institution during the year and will compensate financially if necessary.

• Fee once paid will be not refundable.

• I will not exclude my S/D from this institution before the completion of four years duration.

• The institution will not be responsible in any case the student fled or running away from institution.
